My girlfriend and I really liked the breakfast! It was tasty and had enough variety over the 4 breakfasts we ate, that it did not feel repetitive. I enjoyed the gym, there was enough free weights to keep up with my usual routine, and the cable machine was a newer machine, making it easy to use. The shuttle buses to Universal in the morning was very helpful. The driver of the shuttle and the employees who registered us were well informed and friendly. Our room was clean; the bed, sheets, and pillows were all comfortable. The front desk staff were friendly and always happy to answer any questions we had. My girlfriend has marked the hotel down in her Google Maps so we remember this location for next time we visit Orlando. Thank you!

Location! Free Shuttles are provided to Universal several times a day but it’s an easy 20 min walk to Universal Parks and City Walk and short Uber ride to Sea World. Great value, I was expecting an ‘ok’ hotel for the price but the quality of the hotel was great. Huge, modern, comfortable rooms with kitchen facilities which are great even if you just want to keep some drinks in the fridge and warm up a take away in the microwave. Having previously stayed at all of the premium Universal hotels I would argue that these rooms are almost as nice, and a quarter of the price! Breakfast being provided was a nice touch and was good, if not amazing. Hot and cold options.

The rooms were one of the nicest rooms we've ever stayed at and the beds were so comfortable The showers were amazing and check in time was the earliest we've ever had and check out time was the latest we've ever had at any hotel. Swimming pool is gorgeous they have a workout room there's just nothing wrong with this place and it's exactly across the street from Universal! Free shuttles and great pizza too!
